Ingredients:

  • 3 Haas avocados (medium to large in size)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice (you can use lemon juice as well)
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Pit the avocados and scoop out the avocado meat using a large spoon.
  2. Place the meat in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the lime juice over the avocado and stir.
  4. Add the tomatoes, garlic, onion, cilantro, olive oil and salt.
  5. Lightly mash the avocado, leaving large chunks.
