This ginger-mint lemonade recipe is a delicious twist on the classic lemonade, and it’s perfect for hot summer days.

Ginger-Mint Lemonade

The combination of fresh ginger and mint gives this lemonade a unique flavor and the perfect balance between sweet and tangy.

Ingredients

  • 6 lemons, juiced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, water, mint leaves and ginger.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, cold water and the honey-mint-ginger syrup.
  4. Stir well and add ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
  6. Enjoy!
