Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 English muffins
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
2. Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
3. While the eggs are cooking, slice and toast the English muffins. Spread butter on each side.
4. Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin. Top with a cooked egg, then 2 slices of cooked bacon. Add the top half of the English muffin.
