Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients:
- 2 cups canned chickpeas
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp each cumin and garlic powder
- ½ tsp each sea salt and ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
