Roast Beef and Avocado Sandwich Recipe

A delicious and satisfying sandwich recipe perfect for lunch!


Roast beef and avocado sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 4 oz. of thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 tbsp. of mayo
  • 2 tbsp. of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer roast beef on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Top the roast beef with sliced avocado.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the avocado.
  6. Spread Dijon mustard on the other slice of bread and place on top of the avocado.
  7. Place a slice of cheese on top of each sandwich.
  8. Place the sandwiches on the pan and cook until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  9. Remove from the heat and add a leaf of lettuce to each sandwich.
  10. Enjoy your delicious roast beef and avocado sandwich!
