Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in the middle of a large baking sheet. Rub the garlic oil all over the chicken.
- Arrange the lemon slices around the chicken and on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add the asparagus to the pan and mix with the chicken and lemon slices. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
