Strawberry Smoothie
Strawberries are high in antioxidants and Vitamin C. This smoothie also makes a great alternative to fizzy drinks for the kids after school.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 punnet strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt, low fat
- 1 tbsp. honey
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth using a stick blender, add some ice.
- Serve immediately.
