Ingredients:

  • 12 Sliced chicken breast ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of chopped spring onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place 2 slices of chicken ham in each of the cups in the non stick muffin pan as shown below. You can grease the muffin cups with little oil. I personally did not use any oil in this recipe since i prefer a healthier breakfast.
  2. Crack one egg in each of the muffin cups, you can sprinkle some salt and pepper according to your desired taste. Now, you can place you muffin pan in the oven which is already preheated to 180 °C as instructed earlier.
  3. I prefer a well cooked egg, so i kept it for 10 good minutes. If you love runny yolks, you will have to cook for 5-7 minutes to get the best result.
  4. Yeahh !! my ham and egg is ready now in just 10 minutes.
  5. I love to garnish my ham and egg with some spring onions though this is purely based on your taste.
