Sweet and Spicy Grilled Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat well.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing grilled chicken on a warm tortilla and topping with diced avocado, diced pineapple, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
