Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. corn starch

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature and refrigerate until use.
