Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the chickpeas in a mixing bowl and add olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat the chickpeas evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chickpeas become crispy. Make sure to shake the baking sheet halfway through to ensure even roasting.
  5. Let the roasted chickpeas cool down for a few minutes and serve.
