Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • ½ cup of cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 chopped romaine lettuce heart
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp of Caesar salad dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the wrap on a plate or flat surface, and add the chicken to the middle of the wrap.
  2. Add the chopped romaine and roma tomato on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the vegetables.
  4. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the entire wrap and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll up the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Cut the wrap in half and enjoy immediately or wrap in foil to take with you.
