Ingredients:

  • 1 c Ice (crushed is recommended)
  • 1½ c Milk
  • 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tsp Sugar or other sweetener
  • ⅛ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into serving glass and top with whipped cream.
  3. Try adding fresh or frozen fruits, syrups or different extracts for new flavors.
