Breakfast Tacos
Ingredients:
- 5-7 Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancakes
- 10 slices bacon
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 maple syrup
Instructions:
- Cook bacon till crisp and set aside to cool. Prepare pancakes according to package instructions and pile on a plate till cool enough to handle. Scramble eggs in a buttered skillet to preferred consistency.
- Take a buttermilk pancake and start layering bacon and eggs. Don’t add too much or the pancake won’t close over it. Drizzle with maple syrup, close and serve.
