Our Best Buttercream Frosting
The most perfect buttercream you’ve ever tasted. 100% bakery approved! Perfect for frosting sugar cookies, cakes and cupcakes.
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
- 1 (2 pound) bag powdered sugar
- 1/4-1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions:
- In a large bowl or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat together all ingredients on low until incorporated.
- Raise speed to medium-high, beating until light and fluffy. Add milk by the tablespoons, if a softer texture is desired.
