Ally’s Power Morning Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 5-6 cubes of ice
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend on high 30 seconds. Enjoy chilled.
