Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini squash
  • 2 medium yellow squash
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut squash in slices and toss with olive oil. Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer. *You may need two sheet pans.*
  3. Sprinkle squash with pepper, garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
