Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries (plus additional for garnish)
  • 1 cup vanilla kefir
  • 1 small ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 long sheet honey-flavored graham crackers, broken up (plus additional for garnish)
  • 1 small handful fresh baby spinach

Instructions:

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Divide between two glasses and garnish with graham cracker crumbs and Wild Blueberries if desired.
