Morning Protein Berry Parfaits
Ingredients:
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
- ½ scoop Renew Life Skinny Gut Vanilla Ultimate Shake
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup halved strawberries
- ¼ cup halved blackberries
- 1 tangerine
- walnuts
Instructions:
- Mix together the vanilla greek yogurt and protein powder in a small bowl.
- In a glass, layer the greek yogurt, berries, and nuts. Enjoy cold!
