Gluten-free Monster Cookie Bars
When you have a sweet tooth that is pestering you. Give these gluten-free oatmeal cookies a shot.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick softened butter
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 oz jar of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup, Reese's pieces or m&m's
- 1/2 cup chocolate, peanut butter or butterscotch chips
- 4 1/2 cups gluten-free oats
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large mixing bowl beat together the eggs, brown sugar and white sugar. Add vanilla, peanut butter, butter and baking soda. Mix well
- Stir in candies, baking chips and oatmeal.
- Spray a square baking dish with non-stick spray and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cookie bar is fully set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
