Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds fresh tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
