Summertime Salad Sensation:
Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad Recipe

Serves: 4 | Prep time: 20 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 peaches, cut in half and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 8 ounces of burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup of slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the cut side of each peach half with olive oil, then place them cut side down on the grill.
3. Grill for 3-5 minutes, until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened. Remove from the grill and set aside.
4. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, torn burrata, and slivered almonds.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper to form a dressing.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to combine.
7. Place the grilled peaches on top of the salad and serve immediately.
