Quick and Easy Protein-Packed Energy Bites Recipe

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Add the mini chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and shredded coconut to the bowl, and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
