  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of hot sauce (we recommend Frank’s RedHot sauce)
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Add water to the bowl while continuously stirring until the batter is smooth.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and mix until each floret is coated with the batter.
  5. Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the cauliflower is crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted butter.
  8. Add the cooked cauliflower to the bowl with the hot sauce and toss until each cauliflower floret is coated with the sauce.
  9. Place the coated cauliflower florets back into the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the sauce set.
