DIY Natural Sports Drink with Electrolytes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- 1 t honey
- ½ t sea salt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process on high 2-3 minutes until honey is fully incorporated.
- Transfer to a glass and drink.
