Drinking Chocolate
Creamy, rich and downright sinful, this drinking chocolate is perfection.
Ingredients:
- 10 (1.55 Ounce) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars.
- 2 1/2 Ounces of Lindt 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate.
- 2 Teaspoons of Granulated Sugar.
- 1 Teaspoon of Cornstarch.
- 2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream or Whole Milk.
- 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla.
- 2 Teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper (Or More To Taste).
- 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon.
- 2 Ounce Espresso Cups, For Serving.
Instructions:
- Chop up or break with your hands all of your chocolate bars.
- On medium heat place your chocolate, sugar, cornstarch, heavy cream, cinnamon and cayenne pepper into your medium saucepan.
- Make sure to stir together ingredients while everything is melting together, remove from heat when the mixture is just barely simmering.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
