Easy and Delicious Baked Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Squeeze out any excess water from the thawed spinach by wrapping it in a clean kitchen towel and squeezing over the sink.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch (23 cm) baking dish and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dip is heated through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley if desired.
