When you have a sweet tooth that is pestering you. Give these gluten-free oatmeal cookies a shot.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 12 oz jar of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup, Reese's pieces or m&m's
  • 1/2 cup chocolate, peanut butter or butterscotch chips
  • 4 1/2 cups gluten-free oats

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large mixing bowl beat together the eggs, brown sugar and white sugar. Add vanilla, peanut butter, butter and baking soda. Mix well
  3. Stir in candies, baking chips and oatmeal.
  4. Spray a square baking dish with non-stick spray and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cookie bar is fully set.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy.
