  • 1 c. pitted dates
  • ½ c. shredded coconut
  • ½ c. almonds
  • 1 T. coconut oil
  • pinch of sea salt


  1. Add ingredients to food processor or Vitamix blender.
  2. Chop ingredients separately or all together depending on the size of your chopper.
  3. Form into balls or bars, whichever you desire.
  4. Store in the fridge wrapped in plastic for up to 2 weeks.
