Ingredients:

  • 1 cup jicama matchsticks (1/4 inch by 2 inch)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt
  • Chili powder, for dipping

Instructions:

  1. In medium bowl, toss jicama with lime juice and 1/8 tsp. salt. Transfer to small glass or dish. Serve with chili powder.
