No-Bake Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips, vegan
- 1/3 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
- 1/3 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter, natural (or other nut butter, tahini, pumpkin)
- 1 cup Rolled oats, dry
