Pandan Steam Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 medium eggs
- 100g sugar
- 80g butter
- 130ml pandan juice
- 1.5 cup cake flour, sifted
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Heat a saucepan, melt butter.
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add in sugar in 3 stages. Beat the mixture until frothy and light yellow in color.
- Add melted butter and pandan juice to (2).
- Add the dry ingredients to (2) in 3 stages, fold the mixture to combine well.
- Pour the mixture into mold and steam on high for 15 minutes.
