Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 8-10 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- 4 Cloves Garlic
Instructions:
- Mix together the salt, onion flakes, parsley and paprika.
- Sprinkle half the mixture in the bottom of your crock pot or slow cooker.
- Drop in the garlic cloves.
- Lay the chicken thighs on top of the spices.
- Sprinkle with the remaining spice mixture.
- Turn slow cooker or crockpot to low and cook 6 hours.
- Serve with saffron rice..
- Alternatively, if you do not have a slow cooker, you can follow the same method except instead of placing in crock pot or slow cooker, place in an oven proof casserole dish, preferably a clay pot with a lid. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, until golden brown.
