- ½ cup pistachios
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¾ cup dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Place all ingredients into a food processor on high until ingredients form small crumbly pieces. You may need to stop and scrape the sides and bottom.
- Roll ingredients into 10 evenly sized balls.
- Store in an airtight container.
