  • ½ cup pistachios
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¾ cup dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. honey


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor on high until ingredients form small crumbly pieces. You may need to stop and scrape the sides and bottom.
  2. Roll ingredients into 10 evenly sized balls.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
