Vegan Quinoa Burgers
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1 1/2 cup cooked wild rice mixtures
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp ground chia seed
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 3 green onions, chopped
- handful fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let mixture sit in the fridge for at least a few hours. I like to make this at night and let it sit overnight in the fridge and make the burgers the next day
- Form into patties and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake 350 F for 25 minutes
