Ingredients:

  • 2 peaches (sliced half an inch thick)
  • 3 T melted butter
  • ⅔ cup of brown sugar
  • Cake:
  • ¾ cup of granulated sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ⅔ cup milk

Instructions:

  1. In a bundt pan (or 9×9 inch pan) add in the butter and grease the whole pan. Layer on the peaches and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  2. For the cake; cream together butter sugar and vanilla. Beat in the eggs and mix until pale. Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Add in flour and milk mixing until just combined.
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife comes out cleanly.
