Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 – 16 ounce can pinto beans

Instructions:

  1. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and cook until crisp.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper to the crisp bacon and bacon drippings.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Stir in salsa and beans.
  5. Simmer 30 minutes.
