Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 T chamomile buds
  • ½ t dried lavender buds
  • 1 T raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Warm until steaming, but not boiling, for 7 minutes.
  2. Turn the heat off and allow the flavors to infuse for 5 minutes.
