Ingredients:

  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) white cake mix + ingredients on box
  • 2 boxes (3 ounces each) Peach Jello, dry
  • 1 cup peaches, chopped
  • 1 container white frosting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Make the cake batter according to the directions on the box. Mix 1 box of Peach Jello and 3 tablespoons from the 2nd box into the cake batter until combined. Reserve the rest of the jello. Then stir in the chopped peaches until combined. (Lightly toss the peaches with flour before stirring into the batter, if you want to prevent the peaches from sinking). Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
  3. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes then invert the cake onto a plate and allow to completely cool.
  4. Once the cake is completely cooled, frost the bundt cake. Stir the remaining peach jello into the frosting container. Microwave the frosting for 15 seconds or until a little bit melted. Spoon the frosting into a small ziploc bag and cut the corner off with scissors. Then drizzle the frosting onto the bundt cake.
