Ingredients:

  • 1+ lbs ground beef
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 pkg egg noodles

Instructions:

  1. In large skillet brown beef and drain.
  2. Return meat to skillet and add all other ingredients, except noodles.
  3. Blend together well and heat thoroughly on med-low.
  4. Boil noodles while preparing meat mixture.
  5. Serve stroganoff over cooked noodles.
