Add the honey and the cinnamon and beat for 2 to 3 minutes until incorporate. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and beat until a creamy mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake about 30 to 35 minutes. Remove the cake from oven and unmold onto a plate. Let cool completely and serve.

- 100 ml / (6 3/4 tablespoons) honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Zest of one lemon
- 200 grams / (7 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 150 grams / (5 1/3 ounces) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
