  • 3 strawberries
  • 2 thick slices of cucumber
  • 3 baby carrots
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Juice Plus+ Chocolate Whole Food Based Shake Mix
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • 8 oz milk – I used skim


  1. Place all ingredients as listed above into your favorite blending device
