Lemon Cake

- 150 grams (2/3 cup) granulated sugar
- 175 grams (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Zest of one lemon
