Parmesan – Roasted Broccoli
Gluten – Free
Ingredients:
- 16 oz of broccoli thawed or cooked
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- ¼ cup of parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a bowl drizzle oil over broccoli ( enough to lightly coat)
- add a dash of salt and about ½ tsp of pepper
- Place on a cookie sheet
- sprinkle cheese and bake for about 10 minutes – until the cheese turns golden brown
