Healthy Lemon Snack Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (more or less to taste)
Instructions:
- Add almonds and cashews to food processor and pulse until a fine powder is formed.
- Add in dates and lemon juice and pulse until a sticky ball has formed.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow them to set.
